Intermediate Forms Design

Training is conducted through a web-hosted lab environment. Each attendee will be given access to their own virtualized environment to follow along in the software. It is highly recommended that attendees have two screens so they can view both their virtualized environment and the instructor's screen at the same time. Login credentials and instructions will be communicated via email to each attendee prior to the training.

Take your forms to the next level! Refine your knowledge of Laserfiche Forms and Business Processes with this hands-on lab, focusing on making forms user-friendly while ensuring your information is standardized. This course will take you through common use cases for more complex forms, task routing, and automation! In this course, you'll learn how to:

• Route tasks appropriately using various gateways and intermediate activities
• Configure lookups to pre-fill form fields using existing information
• Leverage calculations to reduce tedious data entry
• Enhance form functionality with out-of-the-box field rule options to show/hide, disable, and make fields required

This is an intermediate class! The audience is expected to have existing knowledge of Laserfiche Forms and Business Processes. To maximize class time for challenging concepts, this course will have Laserfiche components, such as starting forms, processes, or metadata pre-configured and move quickly through basic concepts and interfaces, like adding activities to the form or process designer. 

The materials presented in this course are applicable to both Laserfiche self-hosted and Laserfiche Cloud.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you cannot attend a training class, please contact us at events@laserfiche.com at least three business days prior to the class start date. Note Laserfiche is not open on weekends.

Cancelling at least three business days before class start: If you cancel your class registration at least three business days prior to the start of the class you may receive a full refund or credit for another class of equal or lesser value at a later date.

Cancelling less than three business days before class start: Unfortunately, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be allowed if you cancel your class registration less than three business days before the start of class.

Cancellation by Laserfiche: Laserfiche reserves the right to cancel a training class for any reason. If Laserfiche cancels a training class, you will receive full credit for another class of equal or lesser value at a later date.
