Prepare to validate your knowledge and skills on the fundamentals of Laserfiche.
With this new in-person training event, you’ll learn the foundations of the repository, capture, administration, and automation needed to achieve Gold Certification. Our expert trainers will guide you through interactive, hands-on sessions to prepare you to ace the exam!
Plus, the price of Gold Certification Assessment is bundled in! On completion of this preparatory training, you’ll get a free Gold Certification Assessment code (an $800 value!) to take the assessment!
All sessions are included in your registration.
Laptops will not be provided for this training. Please bring your own device with a supported web browser installed (Chrome v51+, Mozilla Firefox, Edge 79+) and a screen resolution of at least 1280 x 720. You may also need to disable ad or script blockers to access the training application. You can view the full list of pre-requisites here.
Travel Information
Note that each registrant must make their own travel arrangements. No travel arrangements are included in the cost of training. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the training.
Venue Details
Please park on the upper levels of the Laserfiche garage located next to the building (the first floor is reserved for deliveries and EV vehicles). Enter through the main door on Long Beach Blvd / 35th Street, where the receptionist will buzz you in upon arrival.

FAQ's
- Can I get both Laserfiche Cloud and self-hosted Gold Certification?
- The content in this training is generally applicable to both the Laserfiche Cloud or self-hosted assessment. However, during some portions we may cover materials only applicable to one platform and may ask you which certification you plan to take to ensure you receive the correct instruction. After completion of this training, you will receive 1 promo code to take either the Laserfiche Cloud or self-hosted Gold Certification Assessment. You can choose which Certification Assessment to attempt. You may choose to take the other Assessment at cost for $800.
- After attending this training, am I certified?
- To become certified, after this training you will need to pass the Gold Certification Assessment. The Assessment consists of 5 separate exams which you can take at your own pace. While each exam has a time limit, you can take time between the exams to focus and prepare. This training includes a free Gold Certification Assessment code (an $800 value) so you can attempt the exams after completing the preparation course.
- Are there other options for learning about Laserfiche?
- Laserfiche provides many free and paid training opportunities. If you prefer asynchronous learning at your own pace, we recommend the Gold Certification Recommended Trainings (for Laserfiche Cloud and Self-hosted), which you can take at no cost in the Aspire platform. If you prefer synchronous virtual training with a live instructor, we recommend our paid Instructor-led Trainings on a variety of topics.
- Will I receive the materials from this training to help prepare for the assessment?
- Yes! At the conclusion of the training, the PowerPoints and guides will be shared with you to support your preparation and learning for the Gold Certification Assessment. However, hands-on components (such as Laserfiche environments) will not be available after the training.
- Will this training be recorded?
- No, due to the nature of this event, the training will not be recorded.
- Are there any pre-requisites for this training?
- No, there are no pre-requisites for this training, but you may find training content easier to absorb if you’re already generally familiar with Laserfiche’s capabilities. For example, you may want to be aware of the interfaces for the Laserfiche repository, forms, and workflow. You may leverage free training in Laserfiche Aspire to learn more prior to this training. Registration Deadline
The registration deadline for this event is July 24, 2026.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you cannot attend a training class, please contact us at events@laserfiche.com at least one business day prior to the class start date. Note Laserfiche is not open on weekends.
Cancelling at least one business day before class start: If you cancel your class registration at least one business day prior to the start of the class you may receive a full refund or credit for another class of equal or lesser value at a later date.
Cancelling less than one business day before class start: Unfortunately, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be allowed if you cancel your class registration less than one business day before the start of class.
Cancellation by Laserfiche: Laserfiche reserves the right to cancel a training class for any reason. If Laserfiche cancels a training class, you will receive full credit for another class of equal or lesser value at a later date.
